Obituary for Larry Chester Miller

Larry Chester  Miller
Larry Chester Miller
1947 – 2017

Mr. Larry Miller passed away at the Innisfail Health Care Centre after a valiant fight with cancer with his family by his side on February 20, 2017 at the age of 69 years.

Larry will be fondly remembered for his 47 years of service working at Penhold Building Supplies (formerly Stewart Supplies). Larry always had a smile and a hug to share with everyone he met, even if he couldn’t remember their names. Larry shared his multitude of talents in construction with his family and friends. One thing he didn’t share was many words, but his family and friends knew the love he had for each one of them. He was an amazing father, thoughtful, kind and loving not only to his children but everyone he knew.

He will be forever missed by his loving children: Brad (Heather) Bissonnette, Angie (Dan) Kosolofski and Kristen (Ernie) Cutler and his grandchildren: Chase and Reid Bissonnette; Cassidy and Zachary Kosolofski; Meagan Davies;
and Harley, Hayley and Hayden Cutler. He also leaves to mourn five sisters: Loreane McGregor, Florence Mahon, Mary Morton, Gloria Auld and May (Jim) Fauque and one brother George (Bonnie) Miller as well as numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews and many, many close friends.

Larry was predeceased by his wife Sheila in October of 2016, daughter Nicole Bissonnette, his parents Chester and Marie Miller .

A Memorial Service for Larry will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #104, Innisfail, Alberta on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.
A private interment will be held at the Innisfail Cemetery prior to the Memorial Service. If friends so desire memorial tributes may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. Heartland Funeral Services Ltd., Innisfail entrusted with arrangements. 403-227-0006. www.heartlandfuneralservices.com
