It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Brad on Aug. 2, 2016 at the age of 55 years. Born in Calgary, Alberta, Brad moved with his family to Innisfail in 1971 where he attended Innisfail High School and resided here until his passing. Along with his numerous friends and family he leaves to mourn his brother Greg Mottus (Renee), Auntie Macel Engel (Allan), cousin Scott Engel (Tina) and his Nephew Cory Mottus (Corrine). Brad was predeceased by his father, Raymond Dick Mottus in April 2004 and his mother, Anne Shirley Thompson in November, 2006. A Celebration of Brad's Life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #104, Innisfail on Friday, August 26, 2016 from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. Heartland Funeral Services, Ltd., Innisfail entrusted with arrangements.
