I got to meet Mitchell through the gym at our work - General Dynamics Mission Systems. He would be in the gym sometimes and joined one of the fitness classes I teach. He expressed to me how he enjoyed the class and always seemed like a very nice, kind young man. Although my time with him was very short and often just a few hellos, some talk about music (he expressed that he liked electronic dance music like I do), smiles down the hallways or at the gym at work I was still very shocked and saddened to hear of his passing. My heart goes out to his parents, family, friends, loved ones and anyone close to him. He will also be missed at GD. May he rest in peace and may God be with all his loved ones during this very difficult time.
