Glennie McKay Obituary

Glennie Charles McKay, 86, passed away August 10, 2018 at Three Hills Continuing Care Facility. Glennie will always be remembered for his big smile and loving heart. Despite increasing physical challenges, he refused to complain and always had a joke or funny story to share. He is survived by his son Bill McKay, daughter in law Pat, and daughter Linda McKay. Glennie is predeceased by his wife Wilda whom he spoke of often and missed very much. Glennie has asked for his ashes to be mixed with those of his wife and their treasured little dog Snowy and scattered on the land where he was born. He was a one of a kind cowboy and free spirit and it is with grieving hearts that we say goodbye.
A special thank you to his doctor and the compassionate and amazing staff at Three Hills Continuing Care, for taking such good care of him, listening to his stories and being friends as much as caregivers.
