Joyce Noreen Moreau (nee Seemann) passed away peacefully at Red Deer Hospice on Thursday July 12, 2018 at the age of 82 years. She will be missed by her children Dennis (Sharon) Seemann, Wanda (Stan) Buckley, Sandy (Larry) Nelson; cherished Granny of Scott (Vanessa) Buckley, Jennifer (Tyler) Harvey, Ryan (Nicole) Buckley, Rebecca (Winnie) Howse, Sean (Renee) Seemann, Christopher Seemann, Ashley Nelson and five great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her daughter Catherine Howse in December 2009 and numerous brothers and sisters. A Celebration of Life will be held on August 11, 2018 at at 1:00 p.m. at the Lousana Community Hall. In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made directly to the Red Deer Hospice Society.
