Condolence From: Carmen Belanger
Condolence: My sincere condolences to Carole's husband and her family. I am just now learning of her passing. I worked with Carole at the David Thompson Health Region and remember her as a down to earth, sincere person with a quiet nature and a friendly smile. When she retired, we wondered how we would function without her. Her knowledge and expertise were unmatched.

Such a lovely person who is greatly missed by many.
