Condolences

Condolence From: Julie Keyser (Kennedy, Whitford, Northcott)
Condolence: I just learned of Nuri’s passing. 😪😪😪 I first met Nuri in 1973 when I worked in the tavern snack bar at the Bowness Hotel. I loved him right from the start! He was so funny and used to keep me in stitches. He had such a big heart, an infectious smile and was always protective of his friends and loved ones. We went on one date to the Cinema Park Drive In and I have never forgotten it. He was a gentleman and quite the intellectual. Heaven must be rolling in laughter with him there. The last time I saw him was in Innisfail about 10 years ago where he was golfing. My condolences to Karen and all your family as well as the Emshey family. We lost a ‘good’ one!!!! My memories of him will forever be in my heart!!!

Condolence: Karen...so sad to learn of Nuri's passing. We had such good times back in the Nowsco days...we worked really hard, we played really hard...the stories I could tell about "the big guy". A gentle man who I spent a lot of time with, a smart man who taught me a lot about life. Thinking back it brings a smile to my face. God Bless

Condolence: I just learned of Nuri's passing. Karen and Leigh we send our heart felt condolences. I worked with Nuri for many years at Nowsco. His caracter, kindness, and sense of humor was every bit as big as he was. He was a friend and a big brother to a lot of us. Thinking about him has and will always bring a smile to my face.

Condolence: Nuri was our Best Man when Chuck and I got married in 1976. We shared a house together eventually with Karen as well across from the Bowness Hotel. Those were happy days with lots of great memories. I've always had a place in my heart for Nuri. My family sends much love to Karen and Leigh as well as condolences to Nuri's family of origin. He was quite the guy.
