Condolences

Condolence From: Mara Coote -Freeman
Condolence: I am so sorry for all of our loss. Dot was one of the very good ones I worked with in my career with Olds College. Her vision and hard work opened many new educational opportunities to the students of Chinooks Edge . Condolences to the family, and her wider work family, and past students. A bright light gone.

Condolence From: The Rev. James and Judith Robinson
Condolence: We were so sad to hear that Dot died. Our sincere condolences to Teddy and John. May God comfort you, and all the family. We wish we could come and greet you at the service, but that is not possible. Dear Dot was a gracious, caring and fun friend, and she worked hard to keep that friendship intact when we moved away. Any contact with Dot would brighten the day. We send love and prayers.

Condolence: I was shocked and saddened to hear of Dot's passing. Dot was a colleague and a mentor during the early days of my career in Olds. Dot's family meant everything to her.
Wonderful teachers, like Dot, leave a legacy in their students' lives, the community they teach in and the world. I hope, in time, this will be of some comfort to you.

My deepest sympathies,

Karen Pegler

Condolence From: Shirley (Williams) Pilon
Condolence: Dear Teddy, John, Lynn, Ron, Jeff, Penny and Cindy,

There are no words to relieve you from grief, but I want you to know that our hearts go out to you, as you try to deal with Dot’s passing.

I am so saddened by your loss!

Even though our families’ friendship hasn’t maintained the closeness we once enjoyed, I savour the memories of the Williams and Richardson families growing up together on adjacent farms, and Dot’s incredible presence as the cutest younger sibling asserting herself on our countless picnics and adventures ‘out west’.

Our condolences to you at this very difficult time, in your loss of a loving and vibrant wife, mother, sister, educator, administrator and advocate of good.

Love Shirley and Rhéo.
