Condolence From: Nan and Dennis McKernan
Condolence: Dear Janet, We are deeply sorry for your loss and a very difficult journey the last couple of months. We know how much you and Dennis loved the land and together created such a beautiful place to live. We are so sorry that after so much effort there was not the time to fully enjoy it together. I have never met a couple more sensitive to their natural surroundings;animals, plants, trees, birds and of course, the river. Dennis's presence will be greatly missed by all of us. Both of you were so gracious in sharing this special place with so many in the community. Our condolences and hugs this difficult week and always, Nan and Dennis McKernan

Condolence From: Gary Gerber
Condolence: Thinking of all of you at this time of sadness and mourning. I remember Den as an adventurous inquisitive person who looked for ways to be authentic and express himself utilizing nature's wisdom to guide his decisions. He had a yen for life and a passion for the land that he lived on and cherished so dearly. I was surprised and saddened to hear of his illness and early death. I wish him a deep and abiding peace on the journey that he is now on. Much love to Laurie and David on the loss of your father. To all of you in the family who mourn this loss my heartfelt condolences. I trust that the days ahead as you say goodbye and celebrate Den's life will bring some sort of peace and hope in the midst of sorrow. Much love to all!
