Condolences

Condolence From: Dave Soucy
Condolence: I was both shocked and saddened by the news of Grant's untimely passing. We grew up as friends in Stephenville, lived and trained together in Ottawa, worked side-by-side as Controllers at the Air Traffic Control Centre in Gander and had many memorable (sometimes not) experiences along the way. Shortly before Grant decided to move out West to Alberta we took an extended holiday thru Europe and 45 years later I can't help but smile when I think of the fun we had on that trip. Grant was the consummate buddy and travelling companion; always in good humour, ready to try anything and definitely "not afraid". I always assumed that we would get together again in this life but sadly that is not now to be the case. Procrastination is truly the enemy of us all. To Terry and Gavin I can only say that I am truly sorry for your loss and someday I hope to meet you both. 'Nit, nit, nir' Grant, 'nit, nit, nir'.
